Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Rescheduling- Spa massages must be cancelled no later than 1 hour before the appointment time cancellations less than an hour before your appointment it is considered a Late Cancel .Late cancellations will be subject to a $30 charge that must be paid to secure your next appointment . No Shows- Failure to appear for your appointment with no call 20 mins in will result in a $30 no show fee that must be paid to secure your next appointment. Safety Clause- I reserve the right to refuse or end a session at any time if I feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Full fees will still apply. Appointments may be rescheduled in the event of practitioner illness. Clients will be notified as soon as possible and no fees will apply. Additional Notes- Payment must be given at the time/end of service or you will have to be discharged as a client. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the outlined above.
