Mobile Policy

Travel Fees- Mobile services within Hamilton are included at no additional cost. Appointments outside of Hamilton are subject to a travel fee based on distance.

Parking- Clients are responsible for ensuring accessible parking at the appointment location. If free parking is not available, a $5 parking fee will be added to the appointment.

Arrival & No Show Policy - Clients must be available and ready at the scheduled appointment time. If there is no answer at the door I will wait up to 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no show cancellation. The full appointment fee will apply. A Valid Credit Card is required to secure all mobile appointments. Applicable fees (late cancellation, no shows, travel, or parking) may be charged to the card on file.

Cancellation & Rescheduling- Mobile appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours notice. Late cancellations will be subject to a $50 fee required before rebooking. A Valid Credit Card is required to secure all mobile appointments. Applicable fees (late cancellation, no shows, travel, or parking) may be charged to the card on file.

Missed Appointments- Any missed mobile appointment must be paid in full before booking again. Failure to do so may result in discharge as a client. A Valid Credit Card is required to secure all mobile appointments. Applicable fees (late cancellation, no shows, travel, or parking) may be charged to the card on file.

Client Information- All information provided at the time of booking must be accurate and valid. Appointments with incomplete or false information will be cancelled. 

Additional Notes- Payment is required upon completion of the appointment. Travel fees and applicable charges will be added as needed if not selected during booking.

Safety Clause- I reserve the right to refuse or end a session at any time if I feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Full fees will still apply. Appointments may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather conditions or practitioner illness. Clients will be notified as soon as possible and no fees will apply. 

Environmental Requirement- Clients must provide a safe and appropriate space for the session.

SPA POLICY

Cancellations and Rescheduling- Spa massages must be cancelled no later than 1 hour before the appointment time cancellations less than an hour before your appointment is considered a Late Cancel .Late cancellations will be subject to a $30 charge that must be paid to secure your next appointment .

No Shows- Failure to appear for your appointment with no call 20 mins in will result in a $30 no show fee that must be paid to secure your next appointment.

Packages Policy


All Package purchases are final sale. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.Unused sessions remain valid but must be used within the designated timeframe (if applicable).

Membership Policy

​

​Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a session is missed, it may still be used at a later date within the membership period. Unused sessions do not roll over beyond this timeframe.
