Cancellation Policy

Travel Fees- Mobile services within Hamilton are included at no additional cost. Appointments outside of Hamilton are subject to a travel fee based on distance. Parking- Clients are responsible for ensuring accessible parking at the appointment location. If free parking is not available, a parking fee will be added to the appointment. Arrival & No Show Policy - Clients must be available and ready at the scheduled appointment time. If there is no answer at the door I will wait up to 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no show cancellation. The full appointment fee will apply. A Valid Credit Card is required to secure all mobile appointments. Applicable fees (late cancellation, no shows, travel, or parking) may be charged to the card on file. Cancellation & Rescheduling- Mobile appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours notice. Late cancellations will be subject to a $50 fee required before rebooking. A Valid Credit Card is required
