You can cancel up to an hour before your appointment via the website, call or text, if you need to cancel less than an hour before your appointment please CALL. The first late cancel less than an hour before your appointment is fine, if this happens more than once there will be a $30 charge added to your next appointment. There is no refunds on the deposit.
