Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to an hour before your appointment via the website, call or text, if you need to cancel less than an hour before your appointment it is considered a Late Cancel . Late Cancel or No Show will result in a $30 charge that must be paid to secure your next appointment . There is no refunds on the deposit. Failure to appear for your appointment with no call 20 mins in will result in a $30 no show fee that must be paid to secure your next appointment. Failure to appear for a mobile appointment will result in the full price of the appointment must be paid to secure your next appointment. Payment must be given at the time/end of service or you will have to be discharged as a client.
